My friend and I visited our high school friend’s house last month and we came home talking about how bright the house is. My friend’s house seem a little dark when you entered the house and she told me that she need to remove some of their old accessories for a brighter ambience on the living room. I told her that lights will do the trick also like putting a nice chandelier in the center of the living room and some hanging lights (at Lampclick.com) along the hallway to define the wall decors they have.
A change of paint to a lighter shade will help also in creating a brighter environment. We were even joking that maybe she’ll change all the old furniture so it will all blend in one center of color. And that will give an overall impression of a happier environment just what she wanted when she saw the house of our friend.
