Chills at Night
Lately I’m experiencing chills at night and I’ve noticed that it always happen when I’m so tired and worn out. Although there are questions in my mind about the reasons for my chilling I never consulted anyone about it much less a doctor. I feel fine and I don’t want to be checked up and tested for abnormalities in my body. For me chilling is just my body’s outlet for any ill feeling I incurred during the day so I’m putting on thick sweaters before going to sleep to prepare myself for the chills.
I was thinking if those electric blanket I saw online would be too warm for me or just enough to prevent myself from getting chills on night. I know that blankets are a great help so I’m searching for the ones which will fit my condition.
