My brother has amazingly lost his big tummy now and it’s because of his patience and discipline on eating less sweets and fats. He planned several less-calorie meals and followed it for few months and now he’s seeing the results. He also bought additional equipment for his workout room and included check and digital weighing scales in his list. Now he can check his weight anytime he wants and will be able to monitor it regularly.
I’m so happy for him and wish that my plans will turn out good for me too. I’ve started last month with my regular one-hour workout four or five times a week and doing my best to practice healthy eating habits and lifestyle. I know that results will be noticeable after several months more but it’s fine with me because now I feel more fit, strong and healthy. Looking slimmer will follow soon.
