Healthy Meals for Strong Resistance

I feel much better now after two weeks of changing my meal plans. I’ve successfully returned to eating less rice and more fruits on my plate. I’ve been sick last month because of weak resistance to sickness due to my eating habit. My body was used to eating several fruits a day and when I’ve changed my meals I’ve become prone to sickness. Now I feel lighter and healthier with my new diet which will not only make me stronger but slimmer as well. I’ve been looking for the best diet pills that work for the last few weeks but now that my current meal plans is working great on me I think I will be needing it now. Anyway my current work now doesn’t confine me to sitting all day so I guess that’s also an added factor to losing some excess weight and that’s good news.
