For a Healthy and Fit Body

Since the start of the year I noticed that I gained so many pounds that I easily get tired after walking more than a kilometer. I used to walk daily for 2 kilometers in the morning and another 2 in the afternoon. Those walks made me fit and energized the whole day so when I stopped it I suddenly felt weaker than my usual self.

 

Now I’m planning to get back to my health regimen and daily walk and exercise to be fit and healthy again. In the past months I’ve focused myself more on my cardio workout exercises for a good healthy heart but now I’ll add some exercise that uses core ball because my friend recommended it. These fitness balls can help a lot to strengthen and firm my body which I needed right now.
