Balenciaga : created by Nicolas Ghesquière
The international debut of the designer watches “Balenciaga” was in the fashion show in Paris, which happened during the spring- summer 2012.
But the first timepiece created by Nicolas Ghesquière (designer of the fashion house founded in 1918 by the Spanish couturier Cristobal Balenciaga and belonging to the Gucci Group which belongs to the French giant PPR led since 2005 by François -Henri Pinault ) was a few weeks ago with its official entry on the market.
This collection of watches is very unique and sophisticated with a round dial set in a rectangular plate. Inside, hours and minutes seem to run in parallel – it has the first designated with Roman numerals and the second with the classic numerical digits.
What makes it a real fashion accessory is the strap , python , leather , crocodile or lizard, with the large model buckle in a limited edition of 1000 pieces. It is on sale exclusively in 40 Balenciaga boutiques around the world.
Prada Link watches to launch the new LG Prada II
After the great success of the first collaboration , LG Prada s back again and after the first model , which was aesthetically pleasing and (a) full touchscreen – the new phone is a jewel of design and hides within itself a sliding QWERTY keyboard , which makes it practically a mini computer , very competitive with other smartphones on the market.
LG Prada II will be sold initially only in Italy, UK, France, Germany, Spain and the Netherlands at the price of 600 euro and to accompany its launch, the two companies have decided to make Prada Link, a digital clock mounted on the model LG- LBA – T950 which will be equipped with Bluetooth technology that can remotely monitor phone calls and allow the reading of SMS and MMS messages without having to take the phone out of your pocket or purse.
Prada Link is equipped with an alarm that will alert the user if the phone were to be out of reception range.
It is consisted of a metal body with screen protection by tempered glass and will have the soft leather strap which will go on sale in Europe at a recommended retail price of 299 EUR
